Galala village hit by Turkish bombardments

The village of Galala has been struck in Turkish cross-border bombardments today. Earlier today Galala in the Mawat district of Iraqi Kurdistan was struck a number of times. At this stage we have been notified of no casualties, but because of snow and the conditions of the road citizens of the village have struggled to check the area for damages.

Galala has faced the threat of a growing number of Turkish bombardments and aerial military presence and many members of the ancient farming community have been forcibly displaced due to Turkey's activities.

ئەمڕۆ سوپای تورکیا گوندی گەڵاڵەی تۆپباران کرد. لەمڕۆدا ناوچەی ماوەت چەندین جار لەلایەن تۆپخانەکانی دەوڵەتی تورکیاوە کرایە ئامانج. بە پێی دویەمین ئەو زانیاریەی بە دەستمان گەیشتوون هیچ زیانێکی گیانی نەکەوتۆتەوە. بە هۆی بەفربارین و دژواری ڕێگاوە خەڵکی ناوچەکە هێشتا لە هەوڵی گەیشتن بە شوێنی ڕووداوەکەدان و نەتواندراوە ئامارێکی ڕوونی زیانەکان وەدەست بخرێت.

زیادبوونی ژمارەی بۆمباران و چالاکیە سەربازییە هەواییەکانی تورکیا بووەتە هەڕەشەیەکی گەورە بۆ خەڵکی گوندی گەڵاڵە کە لە دێرزەمانەوە خەریکی کاری وەرزێرین. ژمارەیەکی زۆری خەڵکی ناوچەکە بەهۆی ئەو هەڕەشانەوە ناچاربوونە زێدی خۆیان بەجێبهێڵن.
